That means that if you need to zoom in on something, the lens itse;f moves, instead of the phone simply enlarging the picture. The upshot of that is that if you DO need to zoom in, you're still going to get super crisp photos, instead of the pixellation you'd get from digital zoom.

Also present in the Samsung G800 is a super mooth phone, combining fluid menus, exceptional call quality, and a great music player, to devastating effect. And throw into that fast HSDPA internet access, and you have one heck of a phone on your hands. Ok, it's heavier than some other mobile phones (mainly due to the optical zoom and xenon flash), but the payoff is worth it. The Samsung G800 is simply stunning. .
